The Dream Room
This room is small but mighty. Tucked in right next to the grand room, it features 2 north facing windows, white shiplap wall, natural wood floors, furniture and a French door entry. Pose your models or clients on a white couch with neutral coloured throw pillows & blankets, moveable olive trees and cream side table. When it comes to assignments, this is the perfect spot to do headshots or fashion portraits! Room is sized at 150 sq. ft.
The Marilyn Room
This is their smallest room but has so much creative potential for shoots. It functions as a makeup room for two people but just like the surrounding studios, this space envelops with natural light from the above skylight. This space measures at 130 sq. ft. with two beauty stations with Hollywood mirrored lighting, a taller make-up director chair, white walls and a classic checkerboard flooring (60% of room). The remaining floor is cement.
New! A larger skylight was recently installed to add even more natural light
The Gatsby Room
This room is their second largest studio space at 600 sq. ft. which features a queen sized bed and a desk area with a built in bookcase. This studio has been a popular spot for more intimate style shoots such as boudoir but can also be used as a space to take brand style photos. The Gatsby has 3 south facing windows and a glass door to the outside terrace. The bed is backdropped by a 15 ft. decorative wainscot trim wall and facing opposite is an 8 ft wide white bookshelf. This room also includes:
Private washroom and dressing room
6 foot white vertical shiplap wall
Creamy white fireplace
9 foot white-washed brick wall with rustic barn door
Rustic light wood flooring
Customize! You can customize the bookcase with your branding materials or products during your photoshoot.
The Terrace
The terrace is an outdoor balcony space that leads directly from the Gatsby or Carnegie room . One or both rooms must be booked together to gain access to the terrace. You can also book out the entire north studio (Gatsby, Carnegie, Marilyn and Terrace). Enjoy 900 square feet of event space from birthdays to weddings. You can work with the on-site event coordinator to design your event to your specific desires.
There are many ways you can customize the space to fit your theme. The terrace offers ample space to bring in large tables and chairs, a privacy fence and built in light holders that can be placed over tables for a cozy look! Speak with the onsite event coordinator to discuss your decor details - they are experienced, ready and excited to bring your vision to life!
Also, it’s a perfect venue for the beginning of semester while summer is coming to an end. But it’s also a great spot to host your photography graduation party!
